This year we are elevating the hospitality offering around the Mount William Polo Weekend season-opening tournament 22nd to 23rd Oct 2022 and we invite you to this exciting weekend experience. We are limiting numbers for the VIP Marquee section to deliver a high-end boutique feel, so please book ASAP. On-farm rooms need to be re-paid to reserve on a first come first serve basis.
HOMESTEAD GUESTS
Master Ensuite - $520 per night (min 2 nights)
Standard ensuite - $380 per night (min 2 nights)
Room rates include breakfast & Homestead players Dinner Saturday night for 2ppl
SHEARERS QUARTERS GUESTS
Standard Twin Single or Queen - $135 per night (min 2 nights)
Master Room with fireplace (Queen) - $180 (min 2 nights)
Includes a takeaway breakfast pack (8:30am-9:30am), collected at the back of the commercial kitchen, homestead grounds.
PLAYERS CAMPING
For players not wanting a two-night room, camping in trucks or swags is welcomed. We'll be able to facilitate showers (pool house, outside bathroom at the Shearers Quarters) and additional bathrooms at the ground. Players and grooms are free entry to the event. Playing subs are priced as usual and arranged through Victoria.
Pre-booked meal options:
1. Friday dinner $90pp, including two glasses of wine.
2. Saturday Players Dinner @ The Homestead 7pm - 10pm.
$110 rolling gourmet menu including beer & local wines.

3. Grooms BBQ pack @ Shearers Quarters 7-10pm ($35pp). Chef prepared proteins and sides on meat tray for self cooking on the SQ BBQ & BYO drinks.
4. Lunch option a-la-carte for players and grooms and General Admin spectators take-away, beside the long lunch tent.
5. Sunday morning 8am - 9:30am breakfast can be purchased at the "drive-thru" window at the back of the commercial kitchen (homestead). Bacon & Egg roll, banana bread slice and coffee $20
