Wednesday Tournament 3rd Feb - Yaloak cancellation - FEES

Dear Victorian Polo Community,
Firstly many thanks to MCPC for their kind offer to host a one day tournament at WPNEC on Wednesday the 3rd of February.
In terms of doing nominations and payments and looking to save on transaction costs we propose the following in regard to fees;
1) if you have nominated and paid for the ‘washed out’ weekend and you have no intention of playing Wednesday at WPNEC and are not able to play the next weekend at Yaloak (12th and 13th) then please advise
Alastair.h.cochrane@gmail.com and a full refund will be processed.
2) if you are able to play Wednesday and are able to play the next weekend at Yaloak (12th and 13th) then the full fee will be retained and there will be an option on that portal to only pay 50% for the Yaloak weekend (12th and 13th).
3) if you are able to play this Wednesday but not the following weekend then we will process a 50% refund to you but you will need to provide your bank account details to

Alastair.h.cochrane@gmail.com by 12pm Monday and a invoice will be sent from Yaloak for payment prior to play on Wednesday (we will have and eftpos machine available for use at WPNEC).
