Palmer Cup - 4 Goal - expected 8 teams
Merang Cup - 2 Goal - expected 6 teams
D Grade - 0 Goal - expected 4 teams
Colts Invitational (2 chukkas – Sunday only)
OTT is providing sponsorship for best playing pony prizes for 3 grades. Please ensure your horses are wearing their OTT discs to be eligible for this prize. Please contact Peter Evans if you require more OTT discs, or to register a new OTT with the VPA.

Chukka Fees
$33/chukka$3 per chukka will be allocated as meal allowance for each player’s nominated groom All players will be required to pay Chukka Fees in advance when registering

Saturday night ASADOFood & Drinks available on Saturday and Sunday

Trophies & prizes for all grades, best playing pony and best OTT pony in each grade.
Tournament Committee
›› The committee for this year’s event will be Brendan McKeegan, Sam Gairdner, Dominic Cook, Ted Mann and John Oswald-Jacobs›› Tournament liaison officer will be Sam Gairdner – 0432 741 404›› The draw will be determined once all team nominations have been received
›› Nominations must be via the VPA portal›› APF C1 rules will apply regarding handicap limits and only teams nominating with exact or lower handicaps will apply›› All players who have not been playing regularly in Australia in the preceding months are subject to the scrutiny of the handicappers and may be handicapped at any time›› In all other circumstances the Australian Polo Federation Rules will apply. The committee reserves the right to vary the APF rules after consultation with team captains.
Stabling
Teams are able to access stables and yards at the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre (WPNEC), 25 mins out of Melbourne.
