Dear Players,
Please find attached the draw for this weekends Polo.
A Few things to note:
Chukka fees are $20 per chukka payable in advance to the following account:

Due to wide spread dry conditions in Victoria earlier this year we were forced to cancel our April Polo Event. In lieu of this we have decided to play for the Mt William Cup 2019 this weekend. The winners of the A Grade will get their name on the cup which has now been played for the last decade since 2009.
As always the tournament is a good opportunity for young players and young horses to have a run. The field is in good condition and we look forward to some relaxed, fun, competitive polo.
Please make sure you are a paid up member.
Please make sure you complete your assigned duties as per the draw.
Please respect you are entering a working farm, stock, dogs, children, machinery etc all need to be taken into account, so use common sense.
If your horses are staying in yards, please show respect by cleaning yards prior to your departure on Sunday.
It is advisable to bring some snacks/sustenance, as the nearest shops can be 30mins away.
Mt William will supply a BBQ Dinner on Saturday night and Bacon and Eggs Sunday Morning at a cost of $20 cash per person,(payable Saturday night). Please bring cash as there are no ATMS. Strictly BYO Alcohol, its advisable to bring an esky and some ice, come prepared.
As always you ae welcome to camp on site. There is also accommodation on site; visit Air BnB for ‘Red Gum Cottage’ and the ‘Mt William Shearers Quarters’.
