Yarra Valley Tournament 25th and 26th November 2023

The Yarra Valley Polo Club is calling for nominations for the Yarra Valley Polo Club Tournament to be held on Saturday 25th November and Sunday 26th November at Melbourne Polo Fields Chirnside Polo Field

 

A grade – 8 - 10 Goal                        Flowerfield Cup

 

B grade  - 4 Goal                    Coldstream Cup

 

C grade – 0-2 Goal                Lithgow Trophy

 

D grade – Sub Zero

 

Chukka fees - $40 per chukka (excluding Yarra Valley Polo Club members).

Trophies for winning teams and awards for best ‘Off the Track’ ponies.  Off the Track Prizes will be awarded to the best OTT pony in the 4 Goal and the 0-2 Goal. On Saturday I will be at polo to scan microchips for all OTT ponies playing in this tournament. Only ponies that are scanned on the Saturday will be eligible to win a rug on the Sunday.

 

Please be aware as we are restricted to Chirnside and expecting a good number of teams that games may need to start early and finish late. With one field it is unlikely that time requests will be able to be catered for. We have nikki from little Eutopia onsite both days to provide you with hot and cold beverages and light snacks.

 

Finally as you know Chirnside is strictly no dogs!!!! and please don't park under the trees or tie ponies under trees.. Our arborist is booked in for mid January to complete the essential tree works required.
