Urquhart Cup Tournament 2024

Welcome to the Urquhart Cup 2024.
Grades being offered this week are:
Urquhart Cup - A Grade - Open
(Entry to the Hexham Cup included in the Urquhart Cup- Winner worked out on teams handicap)
Palmer Cup - B Grade - 6 Goal
Merrang Cup - C Grade - 2 Goal
John Kelly Shield - D Grade - Sub zero
APF rules on tournament handicap apply.
On Friday night there will be two games of polo being played at Chirnside. At 6 pm there will be a 2 Goal match. Please let me know if you are keen to nominate for this. The second game will be a A Grade match. Tickets are available to watch these match's at the Lancemore pavilion with food and drinks. Please visit Hexham socials for the QR code to book and further details.
Sunday will be carparks on field 2 - these need to be booked in advance (booking via QR code on Hexham socials). There will be a coffee van and BBQ on the Saturday and Sunday.
Nominations for this event close at 12noon on Wednesday 14th February 2024. Hexham members receive a discout on nominations - you must select the hexham member nomination for your grade at the time of nomination.
We will also be offering OTT rugs for all 4 grades this weekend. In order to qualify for this you must have had your OTT scanned by me this season and enter your playing numbers this weekend. If you are unsure please check. When nominating please enter the number of OTT's you will be playing in the event and the number of non OTT's you will be playing. Please ensure you have this information organised when nominating. If you are nominating for a pro please have their details to enter. It is so important for the future of Melbourne Polo Fields that we continue our relationship with OTT providing them with the data they ask for so please do fill in these extra questions.
