Dear All,
We hope you all have had a good winter and hope to see as many of you as possible at our Mount William Polo Opening Tournament.
It is a good opportunity to give your horses a run before the Melbourne Cup and blow out the winter cobwebs. We understand its the World Cup Polo Final weekend, which many of you will be attending, Good Luck Australia.
However for those who are not we are aiming to have at least two grades so if you are about please come join us.
We have had an excellent season here and our Polo field is looking fantastic. It has been sown down with Kikuya for nearly a decade now and to date has been kind on horses.
We are calling for nominations for 2 and 0 goal teams. Please forward all team and individual nominations to rob@mtwilliamcharolais.com.au. If enough interest we could have a 4 goal.
We shall be running the catering and have a bbq througout the weekend, so please bring cash with you. We shall be sure to have the bonfire going on the Saturday evening to keep you all toasty warm. To ensure that we cater for enough people, Tori would like to know how many of you are coming including grooms so please email her with confirmed numbers to firetrap22@hotmail.com. All horse accommodation requests/numbers can also be sent to Tori.
Please note that it is strictly BYO alcohol.
$20 per chukka.
All nominations to be received by midnight on Wednesday 25th October.
