Please note: All Games on Wednesday 22nd January will be played at Eynesbury Polo Club with thanks to Ruki Baillieu.
Chukka Fees – EVERYONE TO PAY FULL FEE AND BE REFUNDED BY HEXHAM
$40 per chukka payable on registration (Hexham PC members will need to pay the full chukka fee on registration and will then be reimbursed the advertised portion by the club).
Twilight Polo
The Urquhart and Palmer Cups will be played on the late afternoon/evening of Saturday 25 January. Tickets for food and nibbles field-side will be available for purchase.
Finals Day Car Parks
Car Parks will be available for purchase.
Umpire Clinic
For the 18th and 19th January Hexham will be hosting the APF Umpiring Clinic. Andrew Williams will be our host. Saturday morning we will conduct an umpire/rules test session in the Melbourne Polo fields clubhouse.
Both the umpire and rules test are available online for everyone to complete but if you would like help, require assistance or would like to receive further training please attend this session. To access the test please vist www.vicpolo.com.au and slect rules test login.
On the completion of the classroom session Andrew will be conducting on field assessments. Ideally you will complete your online testing before these assessments. We currently only have one accredited umpire in Victoria. It is so important that our members of all levels take this test and we build up a VIC base of accredited umpires.
This clinic is free to attend and there is no cost associated with the accreditation.
Andrew will then be staying in Victoria to umpire the finals weekend.
Off the Track
OTT have sponsored a best playing pony rug in all 4 grades, awarded on finals day. Please ensure your horse is registered with the OTT community to be eligible.
