Wednesday Night Chukkas Nominations, 10th December, 2025

Welcome to Week Four of Wednesday Night Chukkas at Werribee, proudly hosted by Hexham Polo Club.
As we move into the festive season and continue the momentum from a successful tournament weekend, we look forward to another excellent evening of mid-week polo. Chukkas will commence from approximately 3:00 pm, beginning with the faster rounds and transitioning to the slower chukkas from around 4:00–4:30 pm, subject to nomination numbers.
Field & Parking
This week’s chukkas will take place on Field 3.
Please park between Field 3 and the Zoo Road.
The Equestrian Centre will be hosting the Victorian Dressage Festival from Thursday to Sunday, so there will be a significant number of dressage horses on site. We ask all players to exercise courtesy and care when moving around the grounds.

To ensure the afternoon runs efficiently, please:
Nominations
All nominations must be submitted through the portal (open to members and non-members).
Please select the number of chukkas you wish to play using the + button.
Nominations close strictly at 4:00 pm every Tuesday.
The export file is generated automatically at this time, so late entries cannot be accommodated.
The nomination form is posted each Monday, providing ample opportunity to enter before the weekly cutoff.
