This weekends Yaloak Polo Tournament will be taking place at WPNEC using the Chirnside Field and Field 3. Please see the following important information.
Dear Players,
Yaloak Polo Club is looking forward to having you play at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre (WPNEC) this weekend. This weekend also sees Equestrian Victoria (EV) host a Dressage Event. It is going to be a large event and from our perspective as a stakeholder in WPNEC, great to see WPNEC holding such an event. Given the large number of spectators and participants event, in the interests of cooperating with our co-tenant at WPNEC and for safety purposes, we have agreed to for this weekend to access and use our fields slightly differently. It is vitally important for safety reasons you understand these instructions and comply with them.
Access
On for those playing games on Field 3. Please access Field 3 by turning off K Road on to Main Drive (the Zoo entrance) the follow Main Drive until you see Gate Access to Field 3 on the left hand side. (Please see attached map). Please do not use the Main Gate.
Overnight Yards
Please avoid using overnight yards. If you have no option to leave horses overnight, please lets us know and we will give you direction to the appropriate yards. Please Note: There is no vehicle access to the camping area or our normal yard area. The area will be fully occupied by campers and it is too dangerous to have vehicles through this area. You can walk horses through the Camping area from Field 3. Please remember to clean up any yards you use including removal of manure.
