The system for nominating for chukkas and games has changed this year. We are using a One Sport system so you will not be able to nominate unless you pay at the time, this eliminates the hours clubs spend chasing chukka fees.

 

Once you create a user profile you will use these same login details each week.

 

The system incurs a 2% + $0.50 processing fee.

 

Each week you will click on the link posted on the VPA website https://www.vicpolo.com.au

There are various options for team (all 4 players)  and individual nomination (ability to list the team you wish to play in) across the grades.

 

I have opened nominations for the Yarra Valley Tournament early to allow more time to get used to the new system.

 

Please contact me if you are having difficulties.

 

The payment gateway will close at 7pm on the 13th November for the Yarra Valley Tournament so ensure your nominations are in by this time.

 

You must be a financial member of a polo club in Australia at the time of nomination.
