Hello everyone,
Welcome to Vallex Polo Club for the Yarra Valley Tournament — we’re delighted to have you all here for what promises to be a great weekend of polo.
Please find the Saturday draw attached.
Games will start promptly at 10:00 am on Saturday and 9:00 am on Sunday, so please arrive with plenty of time to prepare. As games are scheduled back to back, we ask everyone to be organised and ready to play.
Saturday Night Dinner – Coldstream Brewery
A reminder about the Coldstream Brewery dinner on Saturday night at 7:00 pm.
Places are limited to 36, with 20 spots already taken.
To secure your place, please RSVP to Geoff on 0418 319 339 as soon as possible.
Clubhouse & Catering
The Vallex clubhouse bar will be open both days, with a coffee and food van onsite from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The Espresso Eats menu has already been shared in the VPA chat group—and it’s looking excellent.
The Barlow & Potts team will be in attendance on Saturday bringing players the full Casablanca Polo range, Casa Fagliano boots and much more. A reminder that the new helmet regulations come into force on 1st March 2026 so this is the time to order your Casablanca helmet to be fully compliant. Try, fit and buy on the day.
Chukka Fees & Duties
Players who still need to have their chukka fees finalised are marked in brown on the draw. Please ensure this is resolved by close of business tomorrow at the latest.
