Welcome to Presidents Plate Finals Day!
Hexham Polo Club is thrilled to have you join us for a full day of top-class polo action. We’re looking forward to an exciting finish to a fantastic tournament.
Please if you cant do your allcoated duty find someone to replace you, its challenging filling 25 duties and some people do end up doing both days, thankyou for your co-operation.
A Huge Welcome to Barlow & Potts – Onsite Today!
We’re delighted to have Barlow & Potts with us this Sunday. With the new certified helmet rules coming into effect on 1 March 2025, today is a perfect opportunity to try on compliant helmets and get personalised guidance.
Even if you’re not ready to purchase just yet, be sure to chat with Clarissa and Ian about future requirements—they’re eager to connect with our polo community.

Off The Track (OTT) Points – Finals Day
OTT points are available in all three grades during Sunday’s finals.

Riders: If you’re on an OTT pony, please inform the umpires before your final so you're included in the tally.

Umpires: Please record OTT winners for each final.
We’d love to highlight our OTT champions on social media—so if you take home an award, please send us photos and a short story!

Presentations
Presentations will take place after the final game of the day.
Please enjoy the clubhouse, visit the canteen, soak up the atmosphere—and don’t forget to stay for your prizes!
