The draw for the Hexham Presidents Plate Tournament at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre is now available.
Timings for Sunday are included in the draw. Please ensure you are ready to take the field at your game or duty start time. As always, if you are unable to complete your duty, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.
Timekeepers:
Please take a photo of your scoresheet and send it by email/WhatsApp/text (whatever is easiest) to 0419 224 286. This helps us produce Sunday’s draw promptly and accurately.
Clubhouse & Social Events
The clubhouse will be open all weekend with a full canteen (menu to follow).
Our drinks function is on Saturday afternoon flowing into the evening, and we’re looking forward to relaxing, catching up, and enjoying some great company. Friends and family are very welcome.
Special Prizes & Awards
EQ Saddlery has generously donated a $50 voucher for one outstanding groom over the weekend. Huge thanks to EQ Saddlery for supporting the weekend.
Off The Track (OTT) points are up for grabs in all three grades during Sunday’s finals.
If you are riding an OTT pony in any final, please inform the umpires so you are included in the points tally.
We’d love to feature the OTT winners on socials—so please send through photos and a short story if you’re one of them!
You can keep track of the season’s OTT leaderboard on the VPA website via the dedicated Off The Track page.
Barlow & Potts – Onsite Sunday 7th
Located next to the clubhouse, they will be offering:
Certified helmets to try
Boot fitting & purchases
Mallet sales & customisation
Gloves, jeans, pads & more
Personalised fitting and product advice
…and the perfect chance for some last-minute Christmas shopping!
A Note on Dogs
If you bring your four-legged friends (your dogs!), please keep them on a lead at all times.
