Dear Members

 

Hopefully we are nearing the end of this current level 4 lockdown situation and with the weather improving we can look forward to playing some polo. It goes without saying that things will be drastically different and it is important for us all to follow the government guidelines at the time to ensure that we can play. 

 

In line with State Government and APF communications the VPA has appointed Geoff Sinclair as our COVID Safety Coordinator. Geoff will be working with a representative from each of our 8 polo clubs to produce a checklist for us to follow at chukkas and competition to ensure a safe return to sport for us all. Geoff can be contacted on geoff.sinclair@eqsaddleworld.com or 0418 319339.  The VPA will update our members as and when restrictions are updated and new information becomes available.

 

The membership season will be opening the last week of September. Please contact the polo clubs directly for information on membership and pricing this year. As always please check in regularly with the VPA website https://www.vicpolo.com.au for all updates. 

 

The VPA Annual General Meeting this year will be taking place on Monday 12th October,2020. Further details will be provided closer to the date on the VPA website only.
