Dear Polo Friends
We are looking forward to having you all for this weekend’s Opening Polo Tournament at Mount William :-) Please find attached the draw and duties for this weekend. Please ensure that all your team members are sent a copy of this and you all complete you allocated duties; if you are unable to, it is your responsibility to find someone to replace you.
Please call/text/email Tori for allocated horse accommodation. As usual, please ensure that all yards are skipped out prior to leaving.
We shall be holding a bbq/fire on the Saturday evening so please ensure you bring $10 cash on the night. No cash, no food. BYO alcohol. And warm clothes
Please ensure that all chukka fees ($20 per chukka) are paid to the below account before Saturday; we hate chasing for money as much as you hate being chased!

Riding helmet's MUST be worn at all times when mounted for insurance purposes, pls ensure you pass this message onto to your grooms etc.
Recycling bins shall be clearly marked, please use them correctly as we have to dispose of our own waste. Thank you.
