Urquhart Cup 2026 - Saturday Teams and Draw

Welcome to all teams competing on Saturday — we are delighted to be hosting such a strong line-up at Werribee.
To ensure the day runs smoothly and on time, we ask that all players please:

Attend your allocated duties or arrange a suitable replacement if you are unavailable.

Arrive with sufficient time to be tacked up and ready to play prior to your scheduled start time.

Assist with prompt changes between chukkas to keep games running to schedule.
With everyone’s cooperation, we can ensure a well-run and enjoyable day of polo for all.
Special Notes – John Kelly Shield (Sub Zero)
The winner of each Saturday match will progress to a penalty shootout at the conclusion of the day to determine the finalists.

Each team must nominate one player to participate.

In accordance with Sub Zero rules, only players with a handicap of 0 or below are eligible to take penalties.

Please ensure your nominated player meets this requirement.
Special Notes – Palmer Cup (4 Goal)
The winner of each Saturday match will also progress to a penalty shootout at the end of the day to determine the finalists.
Sunday’s timings are attached and remain subject to change pending Saturday’s results.
The clubhouse will be open throughout the day, offering food and refreshments — and, of course, plenty of Hexham hospitality. We look forward to a fantastic day of competition and community spirit.
