Victorian Polo Association – Memberships for the 2026 Season

Memberships for the 2026 polo season are now open.

Membership Period
The Victorian membership season runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, regardless of the date of purchase. A one week is valid for seven days after the date of registration.

Membership Categories

• Senior

• Junior (under 19 as of 1 October 2025)

How to Register
All memberships must be completed through the Gameday membership portal. Links to each of the seven clubs are found on the Home page. Please contact the clubs directly to confirm membership inclusions.

When renewing, please take the opportunity to:

• Update your personal details;

• and, emergency contact information

If you have registered previously, log in using your existing credentials. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password function.

Membership Types
We are using the APF National Registration Form 2026. Available options include:

• Full Player (One Year)

• Full Player (One Week)

• Officials (non-playing members such as office bearers, goal judges, or officials – no insurance included)

Insurance
Full Player (One Year) memberships include a base level of insurance, with two upgrade options available.

It is strongly recommended that all players also hold their own Ambulance membership.

Fees
The following components are compulsory in Victoria:

• APF fee  ($281 for senior 1 year)

• VPA fee ($255 for senior 1 year)

• Werribee Levy (reduced to $450 for senior 1 year) no Werribee mid week chukkas included. For Werribee mid week chukaks please select from the Hexham membership options.

• Club fee 

Select all required components, then click Proceed to Payment.

Important Reminders

• You must be a financial member before nominating for any tournament.

• Playing in club chukkas or tournaments without membership may result in penalties of up to a one-month ban and/or $1,000 fine (APF Guidelines).

• It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their membership is current before nominating.
