Welcome to Wednesday Night Chukkas at Werribee, proudly run by Hexham Polo Club!

We’re thrilled to have mid-week polo back, and we can’t wait to see everyone out on Field 3 this Wednesday.
Chukkas will begin at 3:00 pm, starting with the faster chukkas and moving into the slower chukkas from around 4:00–4:30 pm, depending on numbers.

This year, Hexham is committed to making Wednesday chukkas a real highlight of the week—a fun, welcoming, well-run event for every mid-week player. We’re excited to share that Inge Burke will now be managing chukkas to help keep everything running smoothly, keep everyone on time, and bring a bit more structure and polish to the afternoon.

All we need from you is simple:
 Arrive on time
 Be ready to play
 Wear the correct coloured shirt
As numbers grow through the season, we’re also looking to introduce a social element—maybe even a mid-week BBQ—to bring everyone together for a relaxed, fun finish to the day.

To help us keep things running seamlessly, please make sure you nominate on time through the portal (members and non-members).
Just select the number of chukkas you’d like to play.
Nominations close strictly at 4:00 pm every Tuesday.

An export file is created at 4 pm sharp, so unfortunately late nominations can’t be accepted. To keep things easy and consistent, the chukkas nomination form will be posted every Monday, and you'll have until Tuesday 4 pm to enter.

We honestly can’t wait for an incredible season ahead—full of good polo, good people, and great Wednesday afternoons.
