Dear Members

 

As part of the VPA's continuing sponsorship with Racing Victoria, they require us to register our OTT horses with them. If we are able to register our horses in the next two weeks,  we can secure our sponsorship for the 2021/22 season and continue to enjoy, amongst other things the beautiful rugs that were awarded at 8 polo events, last season, across the grades. The deadline for submission is 31st August 2021 (2 weeks time!!).

 

To complete the process:

1. Visit the website https://www.ottcommunity.com.au/

2. Click join the OTT community in the top right hand corner and fill in your details to become a member (We need people to complete the next step - not just register as a member!)

3. Once you have verified your email click Claim a Thoroughbred 

4. Follow the instructions - if you are having difficulty please see the user guide to claiming an OTT or give me a call to help you

5. Inform me that you have registered your horses with OTT
