Dear Friends of Mount William,
This year we are elevating the hospitality offering around the Mount William Polo Weekend, 23rd & 24th April 2022 and we invite you to this exciting long weekend experience. We are limiting numbers for the VIP section to deliver a high-end and unique experience, so please book ASAP.
If you require a one night stay please speak to Will and he will accommodate you where possible.
HOMESTEAD GUESTS
Master Ensuite - $550 per night (min 2 nights)
Standard ensuite - $390 per night (min 2 nights)
Room rates include breakfast & Players Dinner for 2ppl Saturday night
SHEARERS QUARTERS GUESTS (Players)
Standard Twin Single - $240 (2 nights included - minimum)
Master Room (Queen) - $350 (2 nights included - minimum)
Pre-booked meal options:
1. Friday dinner $80pp (homestead guests)
2. Saturday Players Dinner @ The Homestead 7pm - 10pm. $120
Sit down dinner with beers & local wines. Booking essential as limited spots

Friday 22nd April
2pm onwards: Check-in for Homestead and Shearers Quarters guests
6pm: Happy Hour - Rhino Room (Homestead guests)
7pm: 3-course dinner in the formal dining room (Homestead guests)
Dress: Tweed
Saturday 23rd April
8am - 9:30am. Takeaway breakfast packs served back of the commercial kitchen window at the Homestead. Example menu: Bacon & Egg roll, banana bread slice and coffee. Cost $20.
Homestead guests eat at the set kitchen table.
11am - VIP Long Lunch guests check-in @ Mount William Homestead arches
12pm - [ First polo match ]
1pm - Rolling canapés and lunch @ The Homestead
12-2pm: Sandwiches and drinks available for general spectators and players to purchase at the ground who are not attending the homestead lunch.
3pm - [ Second polo match ]
5:30pm - Bar closes
7pm - 10pm: Players Dinner
Sunday 24th April
8am - 9:30am. Takeaway breakfast packs served back of commercial kitchen window. Bacon & Egg roll, banana bread slice and coffee. Cost $20. Homestead guests eat at the kitchen table set.
11am: check-out

12-2pm: Sandwiches and drinks available for general spectators and players to purchase at the ground
