Welcome to the first Tournament in the Victorian Polo Season 2020/21 held at Eynesbury Polo Club on the 21st and 22nd November 2020.
Polo will be a little different as we must abide by non contact and keep 1.5m from each other. A guide to how this will work will be posted on the VPA website, taken from the Hurlingham polo associations guidelines from the past UK season.
As a guide we will be running a 0-2 goal grade, a 4 goal grade and 8-10 goal. 8-10 goal will be 5 chukkas and the other grades 4 chukkas. The 0- 2 goal could be split (ie 0 goal and 2 goal games) depending on the number of entries. Teams will be placed in the appropriate grade for the handicap level entered. If there is enough interest there is also the ability to have sub zero or instructional chukkas.
Chukka fees are $40 a chukka including the processing and transaction fee..
Nominations close Strictly at 4pm on the Thursday 19th November. Only nominations through this portal by financial members of a polo club in Australia will be accepted.
The draw will be posted on the Victorian polo Association website https://www.vicpolo.com.au

To enter Eynesbury Polo Club you must fill out a COVID Declaration (for every single person entering the grounds) and record your temperature. A COVID station will be set up by the entry gate. The toilets will be open and regularly cleaned. Unfortunatly at this stage the canteen will be closed so please bring with you any refreshments you require. We also ask that you turn up, play your game and leave. We are unable to cater for spectators at this point in time.
