Hexham PC President's Plate Tournament - 6th and 7th December, 2025

Welcome to Hexham Polo Club’s Presidents Plate Tournament, proudly held at Werribee Park Equestrian Centre on Fields 2 and 3. We’re thrilled to have you join us for a fantastic weekend of polo, great company, and plenty of excitement.
This weekend we are offering four grades, each playing for a signature Hexham trophy:
A Grade – 6–8 Goals
B Grade – 4 Goals
C Grade – 0–2 Goals
D Grade – Sub Zero
Opening Tournament Drinks – Saturday Afternoon
Hexham will be hosting Opening Tournament Drinks during the final match on Saturday and continuing until everyone heads home.
It’s the perfect chance to enjoy some polo social time, catch up with friends, and welcome in the new season.
All family and friends are warmly invited—so plan to stay!

Off The Track Championship Qualifiers
All four grades are qualifiers for our OTT Champion.
If you are riding an Off The Track horse in any of Sunday’s finals, please make sure you let the umpires know before your game.
Nominations Close Strictly at 4:00 pm – Wednesday 3 December
Tournament nominations close at 4:00 pm sharp on Wednesday 3rd December.
This cut-off is final.
Due to scheduling and team allocation requirements, we may not be able to accept any nominations submitted after this deadline.
Please nominate early to avoid missing out.
We can’t wait for a brilliant weekend of polo, competition, and community.
