Mingela Polo Club Tournament December 5th and 6th - Nominations

Dear All,

This is a request for nominations for the Mingella Polo Club's tournament held on the 5th & 6th December 2015.

The grades will be as follows
6 Goal - 4 chukkas
4 Goal - 4 chukkas
2 Goal - 4 chukkas
0 Goal - 4 chukkas
-2 Goal (if required) - 4 chukkas.

The will be a maximum of 18 teams overall. Entries will be done on a first in first served basis. To ensure that as many people as possible get a run any player under a handicap of 2 goal will not be allowed to play more than once. All 2 goals and above are limited to 2 grades. All nominations individual or team to myself.

Chukka fees will be $28 per chukka. Chukka fees will be payable by EFT prior to playing on Saturday. Details to follow tomorrow.

There will be a BBQ at the stable Saturday night, all welcome. $30 per head. Drinks and food will be available to purchase throughout the day at the club house.

Goal umpiring duties will be done by the playing group. If you do not do your duty your team will be deducted 2 goals. This will be enforced.
